BEFORE YOUR CLASS
Water - We ask that you water up! Hydration is key in fitness. So get a good drink of water before you come. We recommend bringing a water bottle to drink during your ride and after. If you forget one, it's okay! We have Cyclepath water bottles for you to buy.
Eat - Be sure to eat a light snack 30 minutes before your exercise. Doesn't have to be anything crazy. Just a little bit of energy before you ride.
Attire - We suggest wearing a tee or tank and form-fitting pants or shorts. Our pedals can accommodate most indoor cycling shoes. Sneakers are OK too, be sure to wear sneakers with thick soles for comfort during your ride.
Arrive Early - Come on by the studio 15 minutes before class starts so you're not rushed and it gives you plenty of time to get your bike set.
Check-In - Stop by the front desk to check in so we know you're here! If it's your first time, you'll need to fill out a waiver before your first ride. If you're under 18, you'll need a parent or guardian sign the waiver in person.
Lockers - Our lockers have their own locks so you won't need to worry about bringing your own lock. If you have any questions, a Cyclepath staff member will be happy to come by and help you out.
Your Safety - Cyclepath is a full-body cardiovascular workout and like any new fitness routine, we ask you talk with your doctor before your first ride. Before class, make sure to check that all pins are tight, that your shoes are secure and that you make sure everything feels good on your bike. Cyclepath instructors are here to motivate and push you, but the last thing we want is for you to get hurt. So please, listen to your body and work at your own pace. If you experience any unusual or persistent symptoms after your ride, please don’t hesitate to seek medical attention.
Cancellation Policy - A full refund will be issued for any class reservation cancelled 3 hours or more before class start time. Any reservation cancelled with less than 3 hours notice or any no show will be considered a late cancel and no refund will be issued.
